The Board of Directors is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Foundation within the framework of the Rules of Procedure. It is bound by the Foundation’s Statutes and the Rules of Procedure for the Board. The Board of Directors, is accountable to the Board of Trustees and reports on current business, projects, activities and finances.
